Dreampool Productions has 5 Edit Suites designed to meet any needs. They comprise of the following:

Edit Suite 1

Dreampool's main edit suite comprises of a full HD AVID Adrenaline setup. With multiple terabytes of storage space available, the suite has the capacity to hold hours of uncompressed, broadcast quality standard & high definition media. The suite is directly linked to a fully fledged machine room, comprising of multiple Digital Betacam decks with full HD, SDI, AES, and Analog capabilities. The suite is also fully networked, allowing media to be easily shifted from one suite to another.

Vision monitoring is made possible through a broadcast quality 32" Panasonic LCD monitor with full 1080p PAL/NTSC capabilities. For technical specifications vision levels are monitored through a Tektronix waveform/vector monitor and audio through a Talia precision monitoring bridge.

There is also the ability to digitize and output to multiple sources via the machine room, including SP Betacam, DVC, DVCAM, DVD and VHS.

Edit Suite 2

The second main edit suite comprises of an AVID Media Composer setup. With mutiple terrabytes of storage space available, the suite can hold hundreds of hours of uncompressed, broadcast quality standard definition media. The suite is directly linked to a fully fledged machine room, comprising of multiple Digital Betacam decks with full HD, SDI, AES, and Analog capabilities. The suite is also fully networked, allowing media to be easily shifted from one suite to another.

Edit Suites 3 - 5

The reamining 3 edit suites can be configured as online or offline suites, depedning on the requirments needed. All run AVID editing software, and each suite has the capacity to hold hours of uncompressed, broadcast quality standard definition media. The suites are all directly linked to a fully fledged machine room, comprising of multiple Digital Betacam decks with full HD, SDI, AES, and Analog capabilities.

The suites are fully networked to a central server, allowing media to be shifted from one suite to another effortlessly, and they are also interchangeable, meaning that if a sute is occupied, work can continue using that suite's machinery in another suite. The suites are designed with comfort in mind, allowing clients to view edits in a relaxed and comfotable environment. There is also the ability to digitize and output to multiple sources via the machine room, including SP Betacam, DVC, DVCAM, DVD and VHS.
